To implement a new tracking plan, or update it, i’s important to create a documentation to :

  • Discuss with the clients around a common reference document

  • structure, explain the future implementation to the marketing department

  • structure and validate the QA

To do that, and to have the most shareable and flexible structure possible, J+ track allows exporting the created tracking plan in a spreadsheet.

How to :

1) Click on the “export” button.

2) Choose export spreadsheet

3) Choose your language and click on “export”

4) Wait for spreadsheet creation and click on the link provided

5) Done!

Warning :

Because this spreadsheet may be updated by J+ track, be careful when editing :

  • Do not lock tabs, it will block future updates

  • Do not delete columns, hide them instead

When creating indicators :

  • Only values from the indicators tab will be created
